During this daily off-road trip we will visit Lake Sevan, will do an exciting off-road trip in Areguni mountain ridge and will enjoy the beauty of the Lake  from the altitude of 2500 meters. We will also travel to Kalavan village, will visit Goshavank Monastery and will return to Yerevan. During the day we will enjoy fresh air, panoramic views, village hospitality and mistique of spiritual life. Price is per vehicle that can take from one to four passengers

What to expect

We will meet early morning in Yerevan and head to Tsovagyugh village on the shore of Lake Sevan. Then we will start driving up to the Areguni mountain ridge that goes parallel to the lake, and continue driving through the peaks of the ridge, enjoying panoramic views towards the lake and mountainous forests of Tavush region. After short break we will drive down through forest slopes towards Kalavan village, where we will meet an archeologist who will tell us about scientific excavations of Stone Age human settlements in the area of the village. We will visit a replica site of such a settlement in the dense oak forest and will see how those humans lived those times. Then we will be hosted by the family of the archeologist for a tasty lunch. After lunch we will continue our trip to Gosh village to visit Goshavank monastery built in XII century and famous with its university and scholars who lived and worked there. Leaving the monastery we will drive back to Yerevan through Dilijan town.
