What makes such activity unique is the fact that the experience can be fully tailored to the client's needs and timetable, but also likes interests or topics willing to deepen. Regardless of the knowledge and experience of the client, the sommelier will tune on their level and knowledge, and enjoy the food and wine together with the client. Hence, the NWT and the client will share the experience together, while simultaneously discussing the chosen topic further.

The client will be either picked up by a NWT sommelier at the accommodation or at a location indicated by the client. Alternatively, they may be met at the wine-bar agrees for the tasting event.

Please meet NWT sommelier by the main entrance. Alternatively, the sommelier will come to pick up the client where needed.

What to expect

Following a brief guest profile interview with our sommelier to learn about the guests’ preferences, the participant will be invited to choose among five different tour and tasting formats: Neapolitan Street food & wine, gourmet food & wine, Michelin-rated restaurant & wine, vineyard’s tour & wine, and sailing & wine. The food destinations and the wines will be carefully selected taking into account the participant's tastes interests, likes, and preferences previously discussed and agreed upon in the interview. During the dedicated time, which may be in the morning, afternoon, or evening, for as little as two hours, half or full day, the sommelier will sit and share the experience with the client, talk about the history, legends, secrets, curiosities and anecdotes of the wine and food selected for the event. Moreover, he will tune in on the clients’ level and lead the tasting, teaching wine inspection techniques, food and & wine pairing principles, and further deepening topics technically where demanded.
