Experience a day out Rock Climbing by a stunning beach. Great for all ages and abilities.
Sessions up to 2 hours of superb rock climbing, bouldering and abseiling.
Bookings available for groups of 2 to 6 people.
The beach is perfect for spending the rest of the day there with friends and family. Bring snacks, drinks and good footwear.
What's Included
All safety and climbing equipment provided
Meeting and pickup
Meeting point
Follow maps for Powillimount Beach and park in one of the spaces. Look for the white ford transit van with climbing equipment laying outside.
End point
This activity ends back at the meeting point.
What to expect
4 person minimum group size.
The sessions last for 2hr 30 mins depending on group size.
To begin there is a short 5 minute walk along the beach from the car park to the rock cliff.
We will then have a safety brief then harness and helmet up then get climbing!
There is plenty of climbing routes up the cliff for all levels of difficulties. I'll be teaching some climbing moment and how to belay your partner up the wall safely. If you're getting fatigue from climbing then I can set up guided abseil through the roof of the cave also.
When the session is finished you're more than welcome to bring along a picnic or BBQ and make the most of the beach and the stunning location with the family and friends.
