Guided Walk to Saint Cuthbert’s Cave and Woodland Walks Views

3 hours (approximately)
Offered in: English

We walk in the footsteps of saints and historians. A gentle route that includes views of Holy Island. The woodland we pass through is the home to Red Squirrels and you will hear about their conservation. After passing through woods we encounter farmland before joining St Cuthbert’s Way which takes us to the cave. Views to the Cheviot Hills reveal the beauty of Northumberland and your guide will tell tales of legend, and Anglo-Saxon history.
