SUNSHINE COAST (MCY) DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL ARRIVAL PROCEDURE All arriving passengers are to make their way to the Con-X-ion counter prior to collecting their luggage. The departure schedule will be advised at the counter. Passengers are required to be at the counter ready to depart 10 minutes prior to departure time. Passengers are expected to actively look at their driver who will be wearing a blue shirt and red Con-x-ion hat.

What to expect

After your arrival in Sunshine Coast Airport (MCY), your private driver will be waiting for you at the transfer counter next to baggage claim. You’ll tell the staff at the transfer counter that you have arrived and your driver can help your with your luggage.
