We collaborate with our clients (on every option) from pick-up, tastings, lunch, to drop off and even dinner, to create that fantastic day tasting experience to their desires. Option 1. Client creates itinerary and reserves each tasting experience. Option 2. We create the itinerary and reserve the tasting experience to each winery. Service fee, gratuities, and taxes will be applied.
Communications will be via, phone call, text messages, email, and Viator message board.
NOTE: We will pick up and drop off from any location that is accessible to our vehicle. Additional travel time, rates will apply. If tasting experience extends passed the prearranged time, additional rental time charge will be applied.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
We will pick up and drop off at any location that is accessible, and safe! ***NOTE*** We are not limited to the locations listed on the platform. They are merely examples! If pickup and or drop off is more than 15 miles from 875 Bordeaux Way Napa, Ca 94558 please expect a fuel fee. The fuel fee is based on the total milage driven outside of the designated location area listed above. If pickup and or drop off location requires the entry of a bridge toll plaza(s), please expect a bridge toll fee. If pickup and or drop-off location are outside the 15-mile radius of the designated landmark listed above, this may affect the duration of the wine tasting experience. More time may need to be added to the 6-hour prearranged booking to accomplish the full wine tasting experience that you requested. In the event that more rental time is needed, Champion Limo Service will charge client directly. If client doesn't want to extend the rental time, the less wineries will be visited to accommodate the pick-up, wine tasting experience, and the drop-off within the 6 hours booked and paid to Viator and or its partners. If client doesn't want to extend the rental time, then less wineries will be visited. Or client can choose the be picked up and dropped off in the designated location area. All fees (including gratitude) shall be paid directly to Champion limo Service prior to the pickup date, unless otherwise stated by Champion Limo Service.
Driver will call client on the contact number, to notify that he or she has arrived at the designated pick up location.
