We invite you to Explore the Garden Route. Join our awesome private / small group or singles tour with overnight stays in Knysna & Oudtshoorn.
Experience the spectacular Cango Caves and an Ostrich Ranch. View seals, whales and marine bird-life. Stroll along pristine beaches with no other footprints – only the endangered Oystercatcher. Visit ancient forests where elusive wild elephants and leopards lurk in the shadows. See Giant Yellowwood trees at Valley.
Take a boat cruise to the stunning Knysna Heads and delight in the shopping and fine culinary food at the Knysna Waterfront. Taste oysters and some of the regions finest wines, craft beers and fresh juices.
The tour is conducted by an experienced chauffeur driver/ guide / host who will remain with you throughout the tour.
Luxury accommodation is in four star Guest Houses, Lodges or Apartments and includes daily breakfasts. Also included are some Dinners, Lunches and entry fees to Activities / Attractions as per itinerary.

1Knysna Heads
Depart from George Airport in the early afternoon. Journey to Knysna via the Wilderness. Here we stop for an optional craft Beer tasting.

2The Waterfront Knysna Quays
Our Guests can take an optional Boat or Yacht cruise. Options include a Ferry Boat or a cruiser which explore the Knysna Lagoon. Another options is a luxury Yacht which goes through the Knysna Heads and out into the Indian Ocean

Explore the beaches of Plett, looking for Dolphins, and in the winter months, Southern Right Whales come close to the shore.

4Natures Valley Beach
Enjoy a short walk in The Titsikamma Forest before spending some time at the beautiful Natures Valley Beach. We also stop to view giant Yellowwood Trees, over 500 yrs old.

5Tenikwa Wildlife Awareness Centre
Join a tour of this famous Garden Route Attraction. Wildlife and Birds in distress from around South Africa are kept here to get rehabilitated and eventually released into a natural environment.

6Cango Caves
Today you will visit one of the great wonders of Africa - the subterranean wonderland of Cango Caves for a tour of this vast sequence of caverns, each filled with astonishing formations of glittering stalagmites and stalactites.

7Highgate Ostrich Show Farm
Oudtshoorn is the undisputed "Ostrich capital" of the world. Our itinerary includes a visit to a fascinating Ostrich Show Farm where, amidst enormous flocks of these strange birds, we are shown their development from the one kg egg to the 100 kg adult.

Explore the Diaz Museum. Here you can see the Old Post Office Tree, the Shell museum and aquariam as well as a replica of the Carravele, a replica of the first sailing vessel to land in the Cape. Bartholomew Diaz, was a Portuguese navigator whose discovery in 1488 of the Cape of Good Hope showed Europeans there was a feasible route to India around the storm-driven southern tip of Africa
