FINDING YOUR DRIVER
In front of the cruise ship exit, your driver/representative will be waiting holding a sign with your name on it.
Identify yourself by showing your voucher to the Supplier, for whom we act as a booking agent.
DIFFICULTY IN LOCATING YOUR DRIVER
Contact your supplier for assistance. Do not leave without having contacted your supplier first.
In the event of delays over 30 minutes on arrival you must call the supplier. There are 30 minutes wait time included from your disembarkation time.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
