FINDING YOUR DRIVER

Be waiting at your pick up point 10/15 minutes before.

The driver will have a sign with your name.

Identify yourself by showing your voucher to the driver.

Changes to pick up times must be requested to your supplier or booking agent at least 36hrs prior to departure. If the change is accepted by the supplier, it will be at your own risk.

DIFFICULTY IN LOCATING YOUR DRIVER

Contact your supplier for assistance. Do not leave without having contacted your supplier.

What to expect

We offer a private combined transfer service by water taxi and car between Venice and Como Lake. In only 3 hours and 45 minutes you will be at your destination. This is a door to door service and you will be fully escorted by our staff. You can also ask for an extra sip of 20 minutes along the way free of charge. All our drivers speak English and all our cars are all Mercedes Benz.
