You will find crocheted clothing and blankets, handmade bags, traditional dolls, beaded jewellery, woven baskets, batik fabrics, patchwork, decorative household items and small souvenirs inspired by African wildlife and Zimbabwean culture. Your local guide accompanies you throughout the market, introduces you to the vendors, explains the meaning behind different crafts and helps with friendly bargaining when needed. This makes the visit more relaxed and personal, while giving you the chance to meet the women, hear their stories and support local families through your purchases.

  The Big Tree

  Travel by 4x4 along Zambezi Drive to Victoria Falls’ famous Big Tree, an ancient baobab believed to be around 1,000 years old.
