Meeting and pickup
we have a meeting point and greeting team in airport. (IST) Once you arrive at Istanbul Airport, complete your customs procedures and get your luggage, please proceed to Gate 14 to exit the airport building. On your right, you will see the M55 sign. Our greeting team wait there 7/24 for you. Please inform our colleagues, who will assist you to your vehicle, your name and reservation code. Due to airport operations, your vehicle will pick you up within a minimum of 10 minutes and a maximum of 20 minutes. You plan the time of arrival at the location you want to go to. Even if you have written your flight number while making your reservation, our responsibility is limited to pick you up from the location and at the time you have specified. The route may be changed during the journey due to traffic conditions. In case of such a route change, you are ensured to arrive at the address you have given, excluding the extra routes you have specified. Make sure that the phone number and e-mail address you have given to us are correct. When you write your flight number, we follow potential delays and update your transfer by your arrival. We wait for you for 90 minutes following the time of arrival of your plane after delay. If we cannot contact you or you do not come to the meeting point, your transfer will be canceled automatically. In cases where you have not written your flight number and we cannot contact you through the contact details (e-mail address or phone number) given by you, your transfer will be canceled automatically 30 minutes after your reserved time. The driver details will be sent to your phone as a message. If you have not received that message and have difficulty in meeting us at the welcoming point, please do not hesitate to call us.
