Pickup details:

We have a meeting point and greeting team in airport. Once you arrive at Istanbul Airport, complete your customs procedures and get your luggage, please proceed to Gate 14 to exit the airport building. On your right, you will see the M55 sign. Your greeting team wait there 7/24 for you. Please inform our colleagues, who will assist you to your vehicle, your name and reservation code. Due to airport operations, your vehicle will pick you up within a minimum of 10 minutes and a maximum of 20 minutes.

This activity ends in a different location. You can choose from multiple locations at checkout.

What to expect

We will be tracking your flight code in case of any delaying. When you landed our greeting team will be waiting for you outside of Exit 14 nearby m55 signboard on the arrival floor. When you met them, you need to show your voucher and reservation number and they will call your driver. Due to operational reasons in airport, you will receive your vehicle in 10-20 minutes and our team will assist you until your vehicle.

For your return transfer your driver will be on time at your hotel or at the address given. We will contact you and we will share vehicle details with you.
