Take a break to admire the breathtaking view of a massive palm tree oasis, then proceed to reach Merzouga in the afternoon. Upon arrival, you will be greeted with mint tea and your guide, who will introduce you to your camels. They will then lead you on a 1-hour camel ride across the picturesque sandy dunes of erg-Chebbi, where you will experience the breathtaking sunset. Upon reaching the desert camp, you will spend the night in a traditional Berber tent. Here, your camels will be secured and you will be served with mint tea.
