We will take you through the gorgeous city of Muscat where we will first visit the grand mosque for photo stop which, among a couple others, is one of the biggest 1-piece handmade Iranian carpet in the world. The carpet weighs a whopping 21 tons and can comfortably accommodate up to 20,000 worshippers.
Nakhal Fort is a large fortification in Al Batinah Region of Oman. It is named after the Wilayah of Nakhal. The fort houses a museum, operated by the Ministry of Tourism, which has exhibits of historic guns, and the fort also hosts a weekly goat market
The al Thowarah hot spring, also called the Nakhal spring, is located a few kilometres from the Nakhal Fort in Oman, located off the road that connects Birka with Rustaq. It is a green area where a spring forms a stream in a wadi (valley)
Located 2,000 meters above sea level and in the Western Hajar Mountains is Wakan village, a small mountain village with beautiful terraced gardens overlooking the surrounding mountains above and Wadi Mistal below. Wakan village is officially part of Wilayt Nakhal in the South Batinah Governorate, although its located right in the border with Al Dakhiliyah Governorate through Al Hajar mountain range.
