For hotel departure, your chauffeur will meet you at the lobby holding a sign with your name 3 hours prior to your flight departure for both international and domestic flights and then drive off directly to Xi'an International Airport which will take approximately 1 hour. After you have reached the airport, your driver will assist you with your luggage and show you where the check-in counters are.
