Mountain Siguniang, It is often referred to as "China's Alps." Located at the border between Xiaojin County and Wenchuan County, Siguniang Mountain consists of four connected peaks within the Hengduan Mountain Range. According to local Tibetan legend, the mountains are the incarnation of four pure and beautiful girls, hence the name Siguniang (Four Girls) Mountain. Among the sisters, the youngest stands tallest at 6,250 meters, while the eldest sisters measure 5,355 meters, 5,454 meters, and 5,664 meters respectively. They stand shoulder to shoulder, perennially crowned by white clouds, draped in glaciers, and girded by emerald forests, each one as pure and graceful as jade, earning them the title "The Queens of the Mountains of Shu." With its stunning peaks, gorges, drifting clouds, and flowing waters, it rightfully holds the status of a national scenic area. In recent years, it has become a popular destination for both Chinese and foreign mountaineers.
