Discover the beauty of Mount Batur, an active volcano on the island of Bali, with this guided early morning trek. Known for picturesque sunrises and a sea of clouds, it’s considered a must-see attraction. View the expanse of black lava that’s surrounded by green cliffs, the volcanic hot steam rising from the crater, and the lake that begins to appear after being covered by the sea of clouds. After exploring the peak of Mount Batur, breakfast is provided while waiting for the sunrise.

If you are staying outside Ubud or the southern Bali area such as Seminyak, Kuta, Pecatu, Nusa Dua and others, the pick up will be earlier because the pickup distance to the meeting point/start point of Mount Batur will increase so we will pick you up earlier. about 30 minutes.

Hotel pick-up varies depending on your location: South Bali areas such as Kuta, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, or Denpasar are usually picked up around 1:30 AM. From Ubud, pick-up is around 2:30 AM, while from Kintamani or nearby Mount Batur the pick-up is around 3:00 AM. The trek begins at 3:30 AM from the starting point and takes about 1.5–2 hours to reach the summit. At the top, a simple breakfast is served while waiting for the sunrise around 6:00 AM. After enjoying the sunrise, descend back to the starting point, which takes about 1.5–2 hours. The trekking program usually finishes around 8:00–8:30 AM, then continues with a visit to Batur Natural Hot Spring before returning to the hotel.

Batur Natural Hotspring (Pass by)
Batur Natural Hot Spring is a bathing place with natural hot springs. After enjoying the sunrise at the top of Mount Batur, around 8:30 AM the trip continues to Batur Natural Hot Spring, located near the trekking starting point in Toya Bungkah. After spending about one hour here, around 9:30 AM you will be transferred back to your hotel.
