Come spend the day with (famed) chef Lat where she will teach you how to prepare and cook Thai in our purpose built Thai cookery kitchen.
* You'll learn 4 Thai recipes as well as make curry pastes, coconut cream, herbal drinks plus tour our organic micro-farm as part of your Thai cookery experience on Koh Samui.

** TRANSPORT NOT INCLUDED WITH ONLINE BOOKING ** Please check your email prior to the class date to confirm your transport arrangements as we are hard to find up a dirt track !! Thank you. * If you need transport please trust us to book a safe and fully licensed / insured minivan service door to door and price is less than a taxi or Grab service. Taxi's and Grab do not know our location which is not clear on google map's as we are off the beaten track :) * The drivers we use on a daily basis can be trusted and know our private location. * Price example below & to be 'paid in cash' in the class only. 1. Bophut, Chaweng, Chong Mon, Plai Lam area 600thb round trip pickup at 10:10am. 2. Chaweng Noi, Lamai, Maenam area 800thb round trip pickup at 10am. 3. Bang Por, Nathon, Maret 1,200thb round trip pickup at 9:40am. 4. Lipa Noi & Thailang Nam 1,400thb round trip pickup at 9:30am. * NOTE - We can't pickup if staying up the mountain in a private villa. Ask you villa manager to assist you. * 10AM meeting time. If coming with your own bike or car then please tell us and meet ' ON TIME AT 10AM ' opposite 'TEMBO BEACH RESORT' ( Google 'Tembo Beach Resort' or 'Fresh Coconut Bophut' ) in Bangrak Beach and wait in the minimart 'Lotus Go Fresh car park' and follow chef Lat 3km drive to Island Organics. * Please Note, it's a meeting point with your bike or car, NOT TAXI DROP OFF point as we are located 3 kilometres drive away up a dirt road and hard to locate. As mentioned, please let us book a van for you and your 'round trip transport' will be hassle free and price is less than a GRAB or TAXI :) ** Also, please check your email prior to the class date to confirm your transport arrangements - that helps us a lot !! 10AM MEETING TIME. If coming by car / bike, please meet at 10AM opposite 'TEMBO BEACH RESORT' in Bangrak in the 'LOTUS GO FRESH' car park & follow our staff 3km drive to Island Organics. *If you need transport we can book it for you and is less price than a taxi & is direct to our property.
What to expect
Chef Lat will also lead you through our micro farm where we grow Thai herbs, veg, fruits, mushrooms. You will also discover Moringa - The miracle tree ! Now available for sale as a powder or capsules.
Our produce is grown mostly onsite so recipes are kept to ‘Thai favourites’ ensuring you a traditional Thai culinary experience.
