    You will be picked up from the airport (KTM). You will go to your retreat center. This is a calm place outside the busy city. After you get settled, you will join a welcome group. You will have a traditional Nepali dinner. Then, there is a first meeting. Your shaman guide will talk about the retreat. They will set goals for the week. You will feel a sense of calm as you begin this important journey.

    Learn About Nepali Shamanism (Jhankri)

    The day starts with quiet time in the morning. This is a chance to clear your mind. After breakfast, you will have your first lesson. You will learn about the history of Hindu shamanism in Nepal. You will learn about Jhankri's job. You will learn about the spirit world. You will also learn about the tools they use. One main tool is the dhyangro, which is a shaman's drum. In the afternoon, you will have your first private talk with the shaman. You can talk about your healing goals. This talk helps the shaman understand your needs.

    Healing Acts and Temple Visits

    Today, you will go into the heart of Kathmandu's spiritual world. You will visit Pashupatinath Temple. This is the most holy Hindu temple in Nepal. It sits by the Bagmati River. Here, you will see old holy acts. You will feel the deep spiritual energy. Many people come here to pray. Later, you will visit Boudhanath Stupa. This is one of the biggest stupas in the world. You will join pilgrims walking around the big dome. This walk is called a kora. It is a calm, deep experience. The day ends with a group healing act back at the center. This act helps everyone connect.

This can happen because of hard times or pain. Being in nature helps this process.
