Upon arrival please enter Camden Guitars and let a member of staff know you are here for WeJam. When the shop is shut we will meet you at the entrance.
What to expect
No musical experience is needed. WeJam's proprietary colour-coded technology displays simple prompts on a tablet screen in front of each musician. Beginners play one note at a time, which triggers the full complexity of the original song, so even complete beginners sound great from the first attempt. The system works across guitar, bass, keyboards, and drums.
More experienced players can increase the difficulty or bypass the guidance entirely to play freestyle, meaning mixed-ability groups all play together while sounding like a real band.
Each session is led by a professional musician who helps the group choose songs, runs rehearsals, and manages the final recording. Every run-through is scored, so bandmates can compete against each other.
Every participant receives a free digital audio recording of their final performance. WeJam is popular with tourists, corporate teams, birthday parties, hen and stag dos, and families. Suitable for all ages and group sizes.
