Pigeons have been raised in the area since the 9th century. Pigeon droppings were used as fertilizer in vineyards, and their eggs were used in the making of frescoes.

15Cappadocia
After the tour, you will be dropped off at Kayseri or Nevsehir Airport for the evening flight to Istanbul. If your flight is the next day, you will be dropped off at your hotel at the end of the tour. The next day, you will be picked up 3 hours before your flight and dropped off at the airport.
