When I had my gelato shop I've always wanted to educate my customers to the culture of gelato, and I've always desired to show them how gelato is made.
Now that I don't have the shop anymore I still want to go on in my mission.
Togheter we will prepare granita, gelato and sorbetto from raw ingredients, I will tell you about the professional procedures and the ones used in the home kitchen. You will learn also how to prepare gelato at home.
At the end you will degustate your creations and learn how to recognize a good quality gelato.

What's Included
Meeting and pickup
From Bologna Piazza Malpighi take bus n 94 or 671 direction Bazzano and get off at Ceretolo Vivaldi bus stop. From Bologna Central train station, at west platform, take the train direction Vignola and get off at Casalecchio Palasport. Then it is a 5 mins walk. I can come to pick you up if you need.
What to expect
At the end you will learn how to degustate gelato and how to recognize a good quality gelato, and you can take home the remaning leftover.
If you are interested in preparing gelato at home I will be happy to help you.
