What to expect

With this experience, you will have the opportunity of knowing the history and importance of Cacao in Mexico. You will also know the process in which cocoa undergoes for its making. The chef will explain how to temper chocolate correctly by which the group will partake in said action as well.
To finalize your experience, you will be able to take with you the chocolate you made.
