To ensure you arrive at the airport on time, we suggest the following pickup window before your flight, but you can change it:
Cancun Area: 3 hours before departure.
Playa del Carmen Area: 4 hours before departure.
Tulum Area: 5 hours before departure.

**Step 3: Airport Greeting & Avoiding Touts**
Upon landing and clearing customs, exit into the arrivals hall. Skip the pressure of timeshare salespeople (*touts*). Your driver will be waiting right outside with a personalized sign featuring your name, ready to assist you with your luggage.
