Arrival & Departure Instructions
Upon Arrival: Your driver will be waiting for you outside the terminal, holding a personalized sign with your name.
Upon Departure: Your driver will meet you directly in your hotel lobby.
Recommended Pickup Times (Departure)
To ensure you arrive at the airport on time, we suggest the following pickup window before your flight:
Cancun Area: 3 hours before departure.
Playa del Carmen Area: 4 hours before departure.
Tulum Area: 5 hours before departure.
