What to expect
PASTA LESSON, 7 DIFFERENT SHAPES THAT YOU'LL CREATE WITH YOUR OWN HANDS
At my farm, as a gourmet and producer of products and extra virgin olive oil, including the semolina we'll use, I'll teach you different pasta shapes.
You'll love this experience for the simplicity yet beauty of the setting: my lammia nestled in 20 hectares of land among diverse crops.
A tasting of extra virgin olive oils and various traditional dishes will then finally precede the main course: the pasta you've lovingly created. Wine and desserts will conclude this dinner together.
