Highlights include extra virgin olive oil with toasted bread, ricotta with olive oil and salt, soft, semi-aged, and aged mixed sheep and cow cheeses, truffle-flavored honey, artisanal salami, artisanal guanciale, Crostolo from Urbania, and fresh pasta like cappelletti, ravioli, lasagne, and other regional specialties prepared by the top pasta makers of the area. The experience is paired with two glasses of wine from Marche wineries, perfectly complementing each dish.
