Meeting and pickup
All options include pickup from either the airport or your hotel (based on your selection). Airport Arrivals: Montego Bay Airport: After you exit customs, you’ll enter the transportation hall. Please proceed directly to Desk 8, the Holiday Services Ltd desk. Do not exit the arrivals hall, as re-entry is not permitted. At our desk, you’ll be required to sign in, provide your departure information, and receive your return pickup time. Kingston Airport: After you exit customs and step outside the arrivals hall, please look for our driver holding a sign with our company name. Hotel Pickups: Our driver will meet you in the hotel lobby. Please be ready at the scheduled time for a timely departure. Your pickup time will be communicated to you via message by 6:00 PM the day before departure.
What to expect
Arrival at Kingston Airport: After you exit customs and step outside the Arrivals Hall, please look for our friendly driver holding a sign with our company name, ready to greet you.
Comfortable Travel: Relax in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle as you head to your destination.
Return Journey/Departures: For your return trip to the airport, we’ll pick you up outside your hotel lobby at a pre-scheduled time, communicated to you by 6:00 PM the day before departure.
Shared Shuttle: There may be up to a 45-minute wait to accommodate other passengers at the airport. This option may include multiple stops for pickups and drop-offs. This option is not wheelchair accessible.
Private Transfer: Please select the wheelchair-accessible option if you require wheelchair access, as it must be pre-arranged.
