Meeting and pickup
Arrival at MBJ: After clearing customs and collecting your luggage, please head directly to Desk 8 in the Arrivals Hall, where our friendly agent will greet you. Do not exit the Arrivals Hall, as re-entry is not permitted. Your agent will escort you to your driver, who will take you directly to Negril.
Negril Hotel Pickups:
Our driver will meet you in the hotel lobby. Please be ready at the scheduled time for a timely departure. Your pickup time will be communicated to you via message by 6:00 PM the day before departure.

What to expect
Comfortable Travel: Relax in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle as you head to your destination.
Return Journey/Departures: For your return trip to the airport, we’ll pick you up outside your hotel lobby at a pre-scheduled time, communicated to you by 6:00 PM the day before departure.
Shared Shuttle: There may be up to a 45-minute wait to accommodate other passengers at the airport. This option may include multiple stops for pickups and drop-offs. This option is not wheelchair accessible.
