Meeting and pickup
Arrival Instructions: I will be waiting for you past the luggage pick up area. The driver/company representative will have your name on a whiteboard. If I cannot find you or you cannot me, my contact information is on your voucher, any airport staff may help you get in touch with me if you ask and show your voucher. Once your booking is completed you will receive a confirmation message from our ground coordinator. This number will be your main point of contact once you arrive to Punta Cana. VERY IMPORTANT: On your arrival, there will be approached by different ground transportation companies and Taxis trying to sell you ground transportation services, please ignore them, and continue to walk towards the exit, your driver will be waiting for you.
What to expect
On your arrival to Punta Cana International Airport, we will be waiting for you on past the exit doors. A lot of customers get confused on their arrival because they are stopped by other transportation companies. Do not stop and keep on walking until you go past the exit doors of the terminal. Your driver will have your name written on a white board.
When we drop you off at the hotel, we will coordinate the pickup time for your departure. As norm, we will pick you up 3 hours before the departure of your flight. Please remember that you will have to update me of any last-minute changes.
For your departure trip, I will be waiting for you outside the check-out lobby.
