Meeting and pickup
Airport pickup: Our driver will provide the meeting point to the customer upon plane landing. After the customer collects the luggage they will proceed to the second island outside the baggage claim (level 5) through the door number provided by the driver. Hotel pickup: Outside of the main lobby. Private residence pickup: Outside the address provided.
What to expect
Airport pickup: The driver will provide the customer with the door number upon plane landing. After the customer collects the luggage they will need to proceed to the second island on baggage claim level through the door specified by the driver. We track flights for delays and early arrivals, so it is important the customer provides an accurate flight information.
Hotel / Private Residence pickup:
The car will be outside the main lobby or the address of the private residence up to 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. The customer will receive a text message with vehicle description when the driver arrives. All pickups have complementary 15 minute waiting time.
