Mikumi National Park (Pass by)
Travelers will begin with an early morning flight from Zanzibar to Mikumi National Park, enjoying scenic aerial views along the way. Upon arrival, they will head straight into a guided game drive in a 4x4 safari vehicle. During the safari, travelers will explore Mikumi’s open savannahs and spot wildlife such as elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, wildebeest, antelopes, and, with luck, lions. Visits to rivers and waterholes offer chances to see hippos, crocodiles, and diverse birdlife. A picnic lunch inside the park is included. In the afternoon, travelers return to the airstrip for a same-day flight back to Zanzibar, making this the perfect bush-to-beach safari for travelers short on time.
