You will travel in a private vehicle for you and your companions and we will pick you up in the lobby of your accommodation. You will have 6 hours of free time so you can enjoy all the attractions of Grutas Tolantongo in your own way and without any rush. Transfers from Pozas to
Grotto are included so you won't have to walk to get from one place to another or pay for another transportation service. We will provide you with aquatic lamps so you can better enjoy the grotto area. Our drivers are knowledgeable about the destination so they will be able to give you some recommendations during the trip so that you can enjoy this experience to the fullest.

We have a list of hotels selected for your pick up But if your accommodation is not on the list, our pick up applies to hotels or Airbnbs located in Paseo de la Reforma, Zona Rosa, Polanco, Roma, Condesa and Zona Centro.

What to expect

We will pick you up at the lobby of your accommodation in a private air-conditioned vehicle. Once we meet you, we will begin our trip to Tolantongo. The trip will last approximately 4 hours, so during the trip we will make a stop so you can buy water or a snack or go to the bathroom. When you arrive in Tolantongo, you must buy your tickets and you will have 6 hours of free time so that you can enjoy the majestic hot springs of Grutas Tolantongo in your own way and without any rush. Our driver always waits for you in the parking lot or at an agreed point and can take you to the grotto area or the pool area. Our return time to Mexico City is scheduled at 3:00 pm. We will arrive at your hotel at 7:00 pm. (Subject to traffic conditions)
