We provide all equipment for the practice of Surf.
The instructor will guide you through the different types of equipment, basic paddling, steering techniques, and optimal posture and positioning.
It is an excellent fitness option, strengthening arms, legs, abdomen, as well as improving balance and concentration.

Barra da Tijuca beach (post 4) 3150 Lucio Costa avenue - Barra da Tijuca, in front of Wyndham Hotel. You can reach the meeting point by Uber, taxi or Metro (subway).
