Your driver will be waiting for you in your hotel lobby. We recommend that you be prepared and before the confirmed time, as drivers can only wait a maximum of 15 minutes from their confirmed time. Tulum International Airport recommends that passengers arrive at least three hours before the departure of their flight. Your Pick-Up schedule should consider the time needed for the trip, check-in, security and check-in process. Tulum Airport to Hotel: Upon landing, collect your luggage and exit the terminal through the door marked “Transport and Taxis” or “Shuttle and Taxis.” A representative will be waiting to welcome you and accompany you to the vehicle. Your transport will be ready approximately 20 minutes after your flight has landed.
Hotel to Tulum Airport: One day before your flight, we will confirm your pick-up time. Your driver will be waiting for you in the hotel lobby. To avoid setbacks, we suggest you be ready a few minutes before the confirmed time, as drivers can only wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the set time.
