And ice cream in the warm weather to stay cool as we explore Paris' historic and hidden covered passages...National monuments that have only recently been resurrected + re-imagined for new generations to cherish, after a century of neglect.
What is the story behind French Cafe Culture? We will visit one of our friends -- a local roaster that is winning awards, to taste why Paris now has a coffee scene worthy of its pastries!

We end in the 2nd Arrondissement, in the Grand Boulevards neighborhood where we will make recommendations for further strolling, or shopping and dining. (although we have failed if you are still hungry...)
