To deepen his understanding of fish, Owner Ishiguro sometimes boards fishing boats himself and has even leased farmland to cultivate vegetables for his restaurant. Born in Rausu Town at the base of the Shiretoko Peninsula, Owner Ishiguro was raised amidst the region's unique food culture. In this program, you will learn fish filleting techniques, tips for selecting delicious fish, and more directly from the owner. After the hands-on experience, you'll enjoy a seafood meal prepared with care by Owner Ishiguro, showcasing the rich flavors of the Sea of Okhotsk.
