Create Your Own Original Gin at the Snowy Maoi Distillery
Head to the Maoi Distillery, set in deep winter snow, and enjoy a luxurious hands-on experience of designing your own craft gin. After arrival, you will create your personal aroma blend by selecting from a variety of botanicals and herbs nurtured by Hokkaido’s nature.
With the guidance of skilled distillers, you can enjoy the changing notes of fragrance as you craft your gin, then bottle your finished creation to take home.
