Pick up from your Hotel (Old City or Taksim or Bosphorus areas)and transfer to the airport in Istanbul for your flight to Cappadocia/Kayseri. Upon your arrival Cappadocia airport, you will meet with your driver in front of exit gate of arrival terminal in airport, driver will hold a sign with your name. Then, drive to Cappadocia - approx 1 hour from airport. Please, plan you flight to reach Cappadocia airports till 8am. If you book late flights, you may miss the many visits on the tour.

Optional - Hot Air Balloon Tour Get ready for a unique wonderful experience in Cappadocia! We will pick you up from your hotel early in the morning (depending on the location of your hotel) and transfer you to the balloon site where you will have the opportunity to watch the balloon being prepared for its flight while enjoying a light breakfast snack; preparation time is generally 15 to 20 minutes. Your flight will begin at sunrise, where your pilot will ascend to a comfortable altitude of approximately 700 to 1000 meters above ground level. It is from this elevation that you will marvel at the beauty of Cappadocia below you. During certain segments of the flight, our pilots are also able to fly as low as 1 meter above rock formations, allowing you to take perfect pictures. The standard flight has a total of 60 fascinating minutes. There will be a champagne celebration at the end of the flight and you will be given a Flight Certificate, signed by your pilot. - We can pick you up from Galataport, If you want to join the tour. We will inform the pick time after booking confirmation with your flight details. Please, inform your cruise ship details during the booking. Our driver will pick you up from front of the Main Road side of Terminal Building Exit Gate (BLOCK D-Upstair) in Galataport.
- If you want to join our tour after your flight to Istanbul New Airport (from different destinations). Please, inform the all of your arrival flight details during the booking. If your flight is landing to Istanbul airport late , we suggest the book tour for day after. Reason why, If you flight is going to late for early flights, you miss many visits during the tour.

- Hot air balloon tour is up to weather condition for your safe. The Civil Aviation Authority determines whether the flight will be held. If your flight is cancelled due to inclement weather conditions, you are entitled to a partial refund. In such a case, your refund will be processed by the day after of that trip. Your refund rate will be the difference between options of "included balloon ride" and "excluded balloon ride" for the cancellations of the hot air balloon ride. We are getting confirmation about the flights from Civil Aviation Authority, one day ago. That sitiuation can not be reason for full refund or complaints.
- Standart Balloon Tours' basket capacity are 16-28 people. Ballloon tours are for 1 hour (approximately). It might be little longer or shortes time by the weather condition. Pilots are decide to that within the safety rules of Civil Aviation Authority. Total activity duration is approximately 3 hours.
- Please, let us know during the booking, If you request the vegeterian meals or specific dietary requirements at time of booking.
