Your refund rate will be the difference between options of "included balloon ride" and "excluded balloon ride" for the cancellations of the hot air balloon ride. We are getting confirmation about the flights from Civil Aviation Authority, one day ago. That sitiuation can not be reason for full refund or complaints.
- Standart Balloon Tours' basket capacity are 16-28 people. Ballloon tours are for 1 hour (approximately). It might be little longer or shortes time by the weather condition. Pilots are decide to that within the safety rules of Civil Aviation Authority. Total activity duration is approximately 3 hours.
- Please, let us know during the booking, If you request the vegeterian meals or specific dietary requirements at time of booking.
