We will cross the river and walk through the space between the Peligros and Malecón bridges, to understand the enormous importance of the river in shaping Murcia and its "huerta" (irrigated farmland).
We will stop next to one of the best preserved fragments of the Islamic wall of Murcia to delve into the medieval past of the city.
We will visit the Plaza de las Flores and Plaza de Santa Catalina, the true nerve center of Murcian social life and "tapeo" in the city.
We will explore some of the most emblematic spaces in the historic center, such as San Bartolomé Square or Jabonerías Street, ideal places to understand how the city has evolved since the Middle Ages.
