Taino Bay: If your pickup is at Taino Bay, please head to Gate #5, where your guide will be waiting for you. Once there, you will see our guide holding sign that says your name or turistravels.
Amber Cove: Please proceed to the Main Gate. Once you reach the Main Gate, turn left, and you will see the meeting point where our guide will be waiting with a large sign that says your name.
Note: We will send you a map once you complete your reservation to assist with pickup. Additionally, we will stay in contact at all times until you meet our guide and driver. Therefore, it is very important to provide contact information, either a phone number or email. Thank you!
What to expect
