Dirtebikers were the first to bring electric 2x2 bike tours to the Algarve, offering a quiet, eco-friendly ride with no engine noise and no fumes. Discover hidden gems that many visitors miss, from flamingos and salt pans to the unique landscapes of Ria Formosa, with a relaxing stop on Faro Island.
This tour is fun-filled and suitable for riders of all levels, making it a great activity for families. All riders must hold a valid driving licence or moped licence.
Please note: our bikes are fully electric with no pedals, providing a smooth and effortless ride. For groups larger than 8, contact us in advance to arrange a special tour.

Meeting and pickup
The Dirtebikers Hub is on the main road from Almancil to Vale do Lobo Algarve. Next door to Villas and Vacations and Algarve Tennis Centre. Free parking on site.

1Ria Formosa
The Ria Formosa is a designated natural park and a stopping place for Flamingos and Storks. We ride from Quinta do Lago along the sandy trails through the lagoons and salt flats to Faro Island. Although not officially an island as it is joined to the mainland by a narrow road bridge that leads to a vast area of gloriously deserted beach with cafes and the chance of seeing dolphins. Sunset, Sunrise and lunch tours can all be adapted! There is a drink stop on the Island.
