Meeting and pickup
We wait for clients at the agency (238B snails) for the first night shift. Find out times at the time of booking as the times change with the season of the year.
The astronomical tour depends on the weather and we may have to delay the tour in order to be able to em better weather conditions.
The delay is part of the protocol and no refund can be requested for delay.
We pick up passengers from their respective hotels for the second night shift. The driver shares his location in real time in a whatsapp group and warns passengers in the pickup group.
Passengers must use whatsapp and be on the lookout for their cell phones to enter the pickup group.
