From the management of the vine in organic farming, to the new cellar built in 2018, Château Gigognan is surrounded by its lavender fields, its hives, its orchards, but also its olive trees which allow it to produce its oil. olive oil and its honey (spring and lavender). The heritage of Château Gigognan is atypical and deserves to be known.

What to expect
Château Gigognan offers the possibility of visiting the cellars, with a guide, and of tasting the wines.
At the start of the tour, you will be told the fascinating history of the castle.
The visit will begin at the winery, where the grapes are received and vinified. The guide will teach you the winemaking techniques put in place, to know all behind the scenes.
