The course week offers a unique insight on the one hand into the basic knowledge of wine production, starting from the soil conditions of the Baranjian Goldberg up to the matured wine, and on the other hand into the richness of cultural diversity. The Baranja region itself is a well-kept jewel, little commercialized and so authentic that you can rarely experience it. The weekly program offers a balanced relationship between content and enjoyment as well as activity and relaxation.
