Taste of Georgia. Cooking-Class Khinkali, Khachapuri and more

On this experience you will find a master class on the preparation of famous Georgian Khinkali and Khachapuri. The event will be hosted in a Georgian restaurant of experienced culinary guests in a cozy environment. They will teach you how to find ingredients, introduce you to popular recipes, and discover the secrets of Georgian cuisine, which will make it easy for you to cook at your home.

The first dish we will cook khinkali is the pride of Georgian cuisine.

Dough:
During the course of the workshop, you will learn how to properly select quantities and mix dough to make it elastic and soft.

Fixing:
You will find out what ingredients to fill your khinkali with the same healing broth that perhaps takes up the main place in the process of eating this dish.

You'll also learn how to turn your khinkali correctly so they don't fall apart when cooking.

We will cook khachapuri in the second dish in Ajarian or Megrelian.

Our culinary technician will show you how to properly prepare khachapuri dough, so that it turns out to be tender and what cheese to use to make it stretching and melt in your mouth. You will also learn about different ways of arranging this exquisite Georgian dish.
