What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Your Quest will begin at Castle Gatehouse at the top of Castle Street. The app will guide you through the rest of your adventure. You can start your Quest whenever you choose, although we strongly suggest you begin your Quest so you can complete during daylight hours.
What to expect
Explore the city as your team unlocks a hidden trail, finding clues, solving puzzles & completing challenges, earning points along the way all self-guided through the GQA app. See the area's highlights, explore its hidden gems and learn some insider history and fun facts along the way (even locals will learn something new!)
Your puzzle-filled adventure will weave you in and out through the city streets, down to the Quayside ending within the Northernhay Gardens. During your Quest, walk alongside thousand-year-old walls, hear about the last witches hanged in England, visit a forgotten medieval bridge, discover Britain’s narrowest street and see The House That Moved. You might even discover a ghost story or two.
So put down your history books, put on some comfy shoes and get ready to explore the sights, discover hidden gems and ultimately, conquer your Exeter Quest.
