What to expect
Booking Confirmation:
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a detailed email with all necessary information, including the designated meeting point at the airport, the contact number of your Airport Representative, and your vehicle details.
Arrival at Airport:
Upon your arrival at Suvarnabhumi Airport, proceed through immigration and customs clearance.
After clearing immigration, follow the signs to the arrivals area where you will meet your Airport Representative. The representative will be waiting for you at the designated area with a signboard bearing your name.
Coordination with Driver:
Your Airport Representative will coordinate with the driver stationed at the parking bay and call your vehicle to the arrivals area.
The vehicle will arrive within 10-20 minutes, depending on traffic within the airport complex.
Boarding the Vehicle:
Once your vehicle arrives, your representative will assist you with your luggage and ensure you are comfortably seated.
You will then be transferred to your hotel in Bangkok in a safe and sanitized vehicle.
Drop-Off
Hotel Pick-Up:
On the day of your departure, your driver will arrive at your hotel at the designated time as per your booking.
The driver will assist you with your luggage and ensure you are comfortably seated in the vehicle.
Transfer to Airport:
You will be driven to Don Mueang Airport in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle.
Your driver will ensure you are dropped off at the correct terminal for your onward flight.
