You can choose a pickup location at checkout (multiple pickup locations are available).
Pickup details:

One of our executive drivers will be waiting for you at the airport's exit with a placard that has your name and our company logo on it. Please contact us once you arrive. The driver's information will be sent prior to your departure. Please be advised that you may be approached by individuals trying to sell you other transportation services at the airport .DO NOT engage in conversation with them as they will try to convince you that we are not in the airport. Once you have your luggage you walk straight out of the airport and meet your driver who will be waiting for you at the end of the exit hall. If we are picking up from a hotel the driver's information will be sent prior to your pickup time. Your driver will be waiting for you in the lobby of your hotel with our company sign and name placard. If we are picking you up from a private residence the driver will contact, you once he is outside and he will have the company logo in the window of our vehicle.

We will arrive 20 minutes before hotel and private residence pickups and an hour before any airport pickups. We monitor all flights and will be aware of any delays.

What to expect

Once you are confirmed our executive driver will be waiting for you with our company placard that has your name on it. We monitor all flights and will wait for you in the event of a delay for no additional fee. Please contact your driver once you have landed, the number will be provided to you via email before your departure. We will wait up to one hour after the flight has landed but if we are not contacted or we cannot find you at immigration within that hour we will consider it a NO SHOW and you will be charged for the service. Please be aware that you may be approached by individuals trying to sell you other transportation services at the airport please do not engage in conversation with them as they will try to mislead you about our driver not being there or having just left. We will contact you the day before your departure to ensure the details are the same. Once we have confirmed pickup details, we will arrive 20 min prior to appointed time. We will also make sure you are aware of the traffic for your route. The traffic times are not consistent, and we want to ensure your departure is as seems as possible. Our drivers are well trained professionals that will make the best of your journey. No queues, no waiting times. Our rates are final, no extra costs everything is included.
