Arrive at least 1 hour before the sunset to ensure your watching spot and enjoy a drink at the Boutique/Cafe of Arieiro (optional).
If you prefer, explore the location of Pico do Arieiro, for a sunset experience and walk the Stairway to heaven famous trail (optional). The Stairway to heaven trail is a moderate level walk for about 1.2km that you can do. The return is through the same track.
After the sunset, guests are reunited at the meeting point and drop of at the same locations.
